From start to finish nothing but great customer service. Duke the pilot was awesome and my wife and I never felt unsafe. Views were breathtaking. A must do while in Kauai.
Such an incredible experience. And you get to see gorgeous views. The pilot was awesome as well. They have 4 seats in the back and 3 in the front. If you want to ride in the front, you have to pay more but it’s first come first serve. So if you want those seats, get there before someone else on your flight.
Our experience with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters was disappointing. The flight was significantly delayed, which wasted a large part of our day and disrupted our plans. Unfortunately, considering the amount we paid, we didn’t feel the experience was worthwhile or provided good value for the money. We expected a much better-organized experience and felt that the overall service did not justify the charges. The views may be beautiful, but based on our experience, we would not consider it worth the price.
We had a great time on the Kohala Coast Tour! Our pilot James was very knowledgeable and a great pilot! We even added the waterfall landing at Laupahoehoe Nui. Gorgeous!
It was an amazing experience to see places only available by helicopter!
