We demand a full refund because you canceled our flight upon arrival at 10:00 a.m. We are very upset by this incident and find it unprofessional that you didn't indicate on the voucher that we were required to present the card we used to pay for the flight. Since we didn't have that specific card and you refused to accept a different card, I had to return to the hotel to get it. Upon arrival, you called private security, who, without listening to us, sided with you and kicked us out. This is very poor treatment for us as customers. We demand a refund.

We had a Great Experience taking our 1st Helicopter Ride with Blue Hawaiian! Duke was our Pilot and he did a Great Job explaining the History of Kauai as we flew over different locations on the Island. He also had concern for all occupants as far as how they were feeling. We felt fine but 1 person had a touch of motion sickness. After the flight he also took the time to chat with us. Nice Touch! The Helicopter was super clean, huge windows for viewing and comfortable seating. Bucket List Adventure glad we did the tour and very happy with Blue Hawaiian. Highly Recommend!
