They ruined my visit to the big island. EXTREMELY disappointed that they canceled the day before our flight. We booked our tour ~4 weeks before our visit to Hawaii. Of course, we read the fine print and knew our tour could be canceled due to weather or equipment issues, etc. Our tour was canceled because Blue Hawaii wasn't making enough money. There were only 2 in our group and now they said they needed at least 4. We could go as long as we paid $1100pp instead of the $550pp contracted rate. They offered an afternoon book (reviews say morning is best) for the following day - but again, we would have been the only ones booked and probably had the same problem. The same was true for our last day (the day we were flying home) and the same possibility. Poor customer service with limited options to rebook and not much of an apology. Really sorry we didn't get to go or have much time to book with another tour group. Be forewarned.

Our pilot KJ was wonderful and explained everything to us and insured that no matter what side of the helicopter you were on you were able to get a great view. Thank you to the ground staff. Everybody was super friendly and super helpful. Can’t wait to do it again.
