Jeff brings over 30 years of leadership experience across aviation and hospitality. Most recently, he served as President of McGee Air Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alaska Airlines, leading a team of 3,500 employees providing ground handling services across Alaska Airlines’ hubs. His career spans senior leadership roles with United Airlines, Air New Zealand, Qantas, and Hawaiian Airlines, where he previously served as Vice President of Airport Operations. Deeply familiar with the islands and guided by the aloha spirit, Jeff brings a people-first approach to leadership and service.

Jeff is no stranger to the islands or the aloha spirit. He and his husband have called Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu home for the past ten years and share a passion for travel and fully embracing everything Hawaiʻi has to offer.

With more than 25 years of experience in Hawai'i's visitor industry, Myra Galinato serves as Vice President of Commercial for Blue Hawaiian, leading the company's commercial strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Her extensive industry relationships and deep understanding of the Hawai'i market help drive business performance while ensuring guests enjoy exceptional experiences throughout the Islands.

Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Myra served as General Manager of Expedia Local Expert, where she oversaw concierge operations across Hawai'i and provided leadership support for the Florida division and international call centers. Her proven track record of operational excellence and partnership development has made her a respected leader within the visitor industry.

Kyu Yi serves as Vice President of Operations for Blue Hawaiian, bringing nearly a decade of experience across multiple areas of the company. In his role, he oversees operations at Blue Hawaiian's seven bases throughout Hawai'i, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the company's longstanding commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Kyu built his hospitality expertise in Revenue Management with several Starwood properties, providing a strong foundation for his leadership in Hawai'i's visitor industry.

With more than 15 years of experience in finance and strategic planning, Alex Li serves as Vice President of Finance for Blue Hawaiian. He oversees the company's financial strategy, helping drive sustainable growth while supporting Blue Hawaiian's continued leadership in Hawai'i's visitor industry. Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Alex held finance leadership roles with Outrigger Resorts & Hotels and Hawaiian Airlines, where he built extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business operations.

Nadine Otani was born and raised on the island of Hawaii in the beautiful town of Waimea. She enjoyed growing up in a close knit family and has now lived the majority of her adult life on Maui.

The ultimate highlight of Nadine's career has been working with Blue Hawaiian for the past 17 years. She feels fortunate to have seen the company evolve into what it is today. Spending most of her career in office administration, she has recently branched out to specialize in Human Resources as a Generalist. Her passion in this role is building and maintaining relationships, representing shared company values and assisting employees across all levels of the organization.

Nadine enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dog Nora. She loves traveling to Asia and immersing herself its culture and beauty.

Eric Hamp is the Director of Operations and a Tour Pilot whose primary focus is Flight Operations. For the past 14 years he has worked as a Tour Pilot (5 years), the Director of Safety (4 years) and the Director of Operations (5 years). Eric began his aviation career in the US Army flying the CH-47 Chinook and participated in deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to his military service, Eric taught History at the middle school level. Additionally, Eric manages customer experience and employee training at all Blue Hawaiian bases of Operations. Eric is a board member of the Tour Operators Program of Safety (TOPS), a member of the VAI safety committee and a member of the National Parks Overflight Advisory Group (NPOAG). In his spare time, Eric enjoys cross-fit, outrigger canoe paddling and family. He currently lives on the island of Maui and works out of Blue Hawaiian's Maui Base.

Alexa Hanohano is the Director of Safety and Compliance for Blue Hawaiian. In this capacity, she leads the organization responsible for setting, overseeing, and enforcing safety standards for all aspects of the business. In addition, she is also responsible to ensuring compliance with FAA requirements and regulations, overseeing, and executing the SMS Safety program and managing all contract administration. Alexa also oversees the Drug and Alcohol program for Blue Hawaiian as the DER.

Before joining Blue Hawaiian, Alexa was with Expedia Inc since 2000 holding several roles spending the last 11 years as the Senior Destination Manager. She led the Supply team in creating, managing and maintaining a supply portfolio of 450+ for the State of Hawaii negotiating and delivering favorable contractual and economic terms. Also managed an international portfolio of 300+ partners across Oceania for 8 years.

Chan Benoit brings over 20 years of aviation experience to his role as Director of Maintenance, including nearly a decade in senior leadership positions across the globe. His background includes managing large international fleets, introducing new aircraft types into service, overseeing regulatory compliance, and guiding high-performing maintenance teams in multiple countries.

Known for his commitment to safety and operational excellence, Chan is especially passionate about developing talent, fostering collaborative team environments, and maintaining the highest standards of aircraft reliability and performance.

Noah is the Chief Pilot at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, responsible for hiring and training pilots while promoting a culture of safety. His commitment ensures a skilled and reliable crew.​

He completed flight school in 2002 and began his helicopter career in the Pacific Northwest, flying charters and conducting missions for the USGS. From 2005 to 2008, he worked for PHI on offshore oil support missions and served as a check airman.

In 2008, Noah joined Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, starting operations on the Big Island. He became Chief Pilot at Hawaii Helicopters in 2015 and returned to lead Blue Hawaiian in 2018, focusing on safety and excellence.

Noah lives on Maui with his wife and children, enjoying their small farm and outdoor activities like archery and exploring the coastline.
