For the past 14 years he has worked as a Tour Pilot (5 years), the Director of Safety (4 years) and the Director of Operations (5 years). Eric began his aviation career in the US Army flying the CH-47 Chinook and participated in deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to his military service, Eric taught History at the middle school level. Additionally, Eric manages customer experience and employee training at all Blue Hawaiian bases of Operations. Eric is a board member of the Tour Operators Program of Safety (TOPS), a member of the VAI safety committee and a member of the National Parks Overflight Advisory Group (NPOAG). In his spare time, Eric enjoys cross-fit, outrigger canoe paddling and family. He currently lives on the island of Maui and works out of Blue Hawaiian's Maui Base.

In addition, she is also responsible to ensuring compliance with FAA requirements and regulations, overseeing, and executing the SMS Safety program and managing all contract administration. Alexa also oversees the Drug and Alcohol program for Blue Hawaiian as the DER.
Before joining Blue Hawaiian, Alexa was with Expedia Inc since 2000 holding several roles spending the last 11 years as the Senior Destination Manager. She led the Supply team in creating, managing and maintaining a supply portfolio of 450+ for the State of Hawaii negotiating and delivering favorable contractual and economic terms. Also managed an international portfolio of 300+ partners across Oceania for 8 years.

He completed flight school in 2002 and began his helicopter career in the Pacific Northwest, flying charters and conducting missions for the USGS. From 2005 to 2008, he worked for PHI on offshore oil support missions and served as a check airman.
In 2008, Noah joined Blue Hawaiian Helicopters, starting operations on the Big Island. He became Chief Pilot at Hawaii Helicopters in 2015 and returned to lead Blue Hawaiian in 2018, focusing on safety and excellence.
