One star for pilot/tour another star for landing safely. Very disappointing. Decided to book Blue Hawaiian based on our fantastic experience 10 years ago. Our pilot "Chewy" really short changed us. The website clearly states, Volcanic Landscapes, Lush Valleys, Tropical Rainforests and Cascading Waterfalls all as part of the Discover Hilo tour.. All we viewed were volcanic landscapes. While interesting at first, 40 minutes of looking at black lava fields became very boring.
