Especially if you are assigned to seats 1 & 2! We took the tour with Julie and the ride was great. Julie's enthusiasm made our tour extra special. We booked our tour with the concierge and it included a Dvd. We also opted to buy the $25.00 ride Dvd because it caught images of manna rays, dolphins and a possible whale sighting on our ride. Worth the price but I would have liked a circle at The USS Arizona. A must do while in O'ahu. Note: wear dark clothes for no reflection pictures and you are only allowed to bring a camera with no bag and cellphone. No bags allowed on copter. Also, don't worry about where you will sit. They are assigned by weight.

We love to do helicopter tours and this one is good. It is great to travel around the entire island, you really get to see the diversity of the island. We understand the need to have assigned seats but my photographer husband had to sit in the middle back seat and consequently was not able to get the photos he was hoping for. They ask that passengers wear dark clothes to reduce the reflections on the windows and for the consideration of other passengers i encourage you to do this. (or perhaps Blue Hawaiian could provide jackets) 2 people on our flight were wearing white so all our photos have their images reflecting off the windows! Just as well we bought the dvd of our flight.

This was an amazing trip....very expensive, but a memory that will last a lifetime. If you have the cash, do the Big Island Spectacular. Shane was our pilot - knowledgeable, friendly, professional. The music adds to the dramatic views - a very neat experience. Our kids loved being in their first helicopter ride (probably more so than the scenery). It was breathtaking. A must do if you can!!!!

My husband and I decided to take to the air to see Honolulu and it was worth the investment, we had a great time and took some fantastic pictures/videos. The best way to see the whole island

From the on-time hotel pick up in the comfortable mini van through to the safety briefing, our breath-taking helicopter ride over Honolulu and the rest of Oahu island with pilot Julie to our drop off back at our hotel, this is a very professional operation! The helicopter ride itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful, with the rugged mountains of Oahu (we flew so close to some, but I always felt safe - Julie is an amazing pilot!!) and the turquoise blue/green water, Diamond Head volcano (no longer active) plus Julie pointed out manta rays playing in the ocean and we flew down for a closer look, plus a stunning waterfall, the Pipeline Masters surfing at the north shore, Gilligan's Island, the house from Magnum PI, Dole pineapple plantation, Chinaman's Hat island, etc etc.. Julie showed us the best of the island. 45 mins was the perfect amount of time in the air. Cost booking online was a little over $200 US each and worth every penny. My husband and friend Glen were excited to be in the 2 front seats of the sparkling new blue helicopter, next to the pilot's seat. I sat in the back in the middle next to my 7 year old daughter (her first time in a helicopter!), but to be honest, it doesn't matter where you sit, I took some amazing photos from my seat. Go ahead and book this - you won't regret it, one of the best experiences of my life!

Most scenic experience we have ever had. Wife was a little apprehensive, never flown in a helicopter before. She loved it. Our pilot, Brandon, was very knowledgable and friendly. We would do it again.

Speechless..amazing..breathtaking!! Smooth and comfortable ride. Our guide Barrett was friendly, knowledgeable and made our trip SO great!!!!!! Lovely voice to make the ride soothing. Thanks for the wonderful adventure we will remember forever. Loved the music.

Breathtaking! Amazing! Stunning! Geoffrey was a wonderful guide. His calming voice and manner made this nervous flier immediately comfortable. The views simply left us speechless.

We were in Hawaii for our honeymoon and this was the cherry on top. We got to sit in the front seats and the view was crazy. We took the 60 min tour and if you ever get a chance to do this you have to see the island from the air. The helicopter we were in was one of the larger ones so you feel very comfortable in it. It was clean, cool and very cool. My wife loved it and it was the best part of the entire trip!

On past visits to the islands we have flown with Blue on each of Maui, Big Island and Oahu. So when we decided to come to Kauai this time the helicopter tour company choice was easy...and we were not dissapointed. The flight lasts for 55 minutes and even sitting in the back seats you still get a good view of everything as the pilot turns the aircraft so that both sides get to see the main sites. You get a good view of waterfalls, waimea canyon, napali coast etc etc. Would we fly with them again....most definitely. They may not be the cheapest but from what we have seen they are the best at what they do.

Talk about seeing paradise from the top. Blue Hawaiian gave us a tour we will never be able to duplicate. The points of interest and stories our pilot Craig was able to tell us were awesome. The clouds lifted and he gave us a private tour of places not usually seen by the human eye. To top it all off the flight along the uninhabited Napali Coast should be listed as one of the 7 wonders of the world. Flowing waterfalls and sites I thought I would never see in my lifetime.

We were worried about rain this morning, but I think it was better because the waterfalls were so beautiful while the clouds did not obscure our view. Our pilot was careful to show the canyons to both sides of the helicopter. I would love to do this again. What a wonderful experience.

This is a spectacular way to see the Island of Kauai, a truly beautiful place. Our pilot Brad did an awesome job of making feel at ease and his knowledge and onboard commentary was wonderful. Thank you a real highlight.

This was a great, loved the Eco-star helicopters and had a great pilot. The noise canceling headphones make it super quite and easy to talk to one another.
