Hugo was our pilot and he did a great job! He was very personable and made every feel at ease. We had a rainy day but made the best of it. We would definitely recommend the great folks of Blue Hawaiian to anyone!

This was the best 'touristy' thing we did all week! What a great experience! Our pilot was so fun and informative! The entire thing went by way too fast. We chose to do this on our very first day. We could see so many waterfalls, crashing waves, etc. The pilot pointed out great places to visit. Later, while driving, we could see where we had flown over. It was a fantastic experience that we won't forget. Well worth the costs! Keep in mind that winds kick up in the afternoon. The best -- and smoothest -- time to fly is in the morning hours.

What an amazing way to see the island! The views are spectacular. Mike is a great pilot, very knowledgeable and personalizes the tour. Music was great! Well worth the money!!!

Entre les trames sonores qui jouaient, le pilote nous donnait pleins d’infos intéressantes sur ce que nous visitions! De plus, il y a eu un délai pour notre embarquement et l’équipe nous a immédiatement offert le vidéo de notre tour gratuitement. Je recommande cette compagnie si vous avez l’intention de vous payer ce trip !!

Highlight of our two week vacation! Spectacular views, very smooth flight, great pilot (Hugo), We had so many reservations given the high cost and general fear factor, but wow, what a lifetime experience. Great company, with stellar safety record. GIVE IT A TRY, YOU WON"T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

We were keen to see the recent volcanic activity so took a tour. We flew along the coast towards the volcano area and then circled the crater area as well as other areas of activity. Then flew back over airport and up the other coast to see the landscape and a large waterfall. Then back over the cruise ship.

What a spectacular trip! My family loved the excursion! I would totally do this again. Words can't describe how beautiful the view is from the helicopter. Our Pilot was Tim, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the areas we were seeing. I wish we would've done this earlier in our trip as Tim had great suggestions on restaurants and places to see before we left. This helicopter was equipped with headsets that you can talk to other passengers which I like much better. I was seated in the middle, backseat and I could still see very well.

Felt safe as anything from start to end. First time on a helicopter for the 4 of us. Very professional setup!

This was our first helicopter ride and it was amazing! We felt very safe, the ride was smooth, our pilot provided great information without being disruptive. The background music he played also fit in perfectly with the trip. We (me, hubby & 2 teenage boys) loved it!

Can't recommend this highly enough. My only wish is that we had done a longer tour that covered even more ground. We were able to get a discount through our hotel concierge for enduring a time-share presentation, and it was SO WORTH IT. There's not a bad seat on the helicopter (they seat you where they want you due to weight balance, but they keep famly/friends together). Bose headsets meant it was not loud at all, and in between the pilot's commentary, which was great, fun music was playing (the theme to Top Gun played as we lifted off - very dramatic impact!) My 13 year old son said it was his favorite activity from our week+ trip. Also, he doesn't like the feeling he gets on roller coasters and was nervous that he might get queasy, but not at all - very smooth, even ride.

Nous avons fait cette excursion avec ma femme et mes deux garçons de 9 et 11 ans et avons passé un moment absolument extraordinaire. Le vol est sublime mixant un survol de la mer, le tour de l'île, ses côtes et aussi l'intérieur avec vue sur de nombreuses gorges et cascades. Notre pilote Derek à jouer un rôle primordial dans le succès de cette excursion. Je le remercie d'ailleurs une nouvelle fois de son professionnalisme tant au niveau du pilotage qu'au niveau de ses conseils et explications. Tout dans ce vol était parfait et je le recommande vraiment pour se rendre compte de la beauté de ses îles et de leurs immensité. Merci à Blue Hawaiian Helicopters et à Derek !

Years ago, I had taken a helicopter tour over the volcano on the Big Island. I hadn't planned on booking a Maui trip, but the photos looked so amazing that I chose the West Maui and Molokai tour. Bruno was our Brazilian/American pilot, and he was not only a great pilot, but he was very knowledgeable about the history and geology of the islands. There were five of us on our tour, and Bruno encouraged us to use our mics to ask questions. We had a delightful 12 year old girl, Charlie, on our trip, and she asked some great questions (and gave an impromptu critique of of Christian Grey's seduction of Anastasia [she compared it to a cult indoctrination, lol], which prompted me to ask, "how old are you???") The views of Molokai's waterfalls, valleys, and mountains were spectacular. Bruno made sure to circle around so that we could all get a great view. I highly recommend this exciting adventure.

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters is one of the top Helicopter companies in the Hawaiian Islands. We went on their top end Eco Star and this was an excellent experience. The seats were comfortable, we had two way mic's to talk to the pilot and you really can't ask for a better Backdrop then the West Maui Mountains and the Sea Cliffs of Molokai. I filmed for Expedia for 3 years in HD, filming all of the most popular Tours in Hawaii and the helicopter flight of the West Maui and Molokai remain one of my favorite scenic flight anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands. I was able to fly with my Sister in Law and she loved the flight too. The Eco Star has more glass and view area vs the A- Star. It also is alot quieter and has more elbow room and comfort. The West Maui Mountains has the 2nd wettest spot on Earth inside with and Area called the Wall of Tears. The ocean as you leave the heliport is an aqua blue, and then turns a deep blue as you cross the channel of Molokai. During whale season you can see whales breaching from the air too! Molokai has 3300 foot sea cliffs the worlds tallest and the 2nd tallest waterfall in the USA behind Yosemite falls. But seeing this two level waterfall head on, is jaw dropping. This is about the only way you could see this waterfall. Add in the longest reef in Hawaii, over 25 miles long with all kinds of sea life, and more waterfalls running down some of the sea cliffs and you have one of the most scenic backdrops anywhere on Earth! I highly recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters and their excellent pilot's and team for a bucket list moment while you are vacationing in paradise.

We booked this activity for our last day on Maui. After seeing almost the whole island by either car or boat, we thought this would be a great way to end our trip. We were blown away and highly suggest this activity for everybody! The sights we were able to see were beautiful. Derek gave great information and after finding out we were from Ohio, let us know of Buckeye bar we needed to visit before leaving the island. Cannot recommend this enough!
