This helicopter tour was one of the highlights of our trip! The views were breathtaking and our incredible pilot Brian was very informative and genuinely cared about the quality of our tour. We consider this to be a "must do" activity in Kauai!

Our pilot, Beth, is a superb guide. She was interested in what our group hoped to see in addition to the classic sights. Helicopter is the only way to see and experience much of the island, and the Blue Hawaiian aircraft are comfortable, safe, and allow great views from every seat. We highly recommend this company. Be sure the give Beth a big “Go Gators!” She loves Florida, too! PS get the USB of your flight. Definitely worth the reasonable price.

Wir kommen seit 20 Jahren nach Hawaii, aber diese Tour war bisher das schönste, was wir je unternommen haben. Ja, es ist teuer, aber jeder Cent loht sich. Wir haben es über Internet von Deutschland aus gebucht. Am gebuchten Datum war leider schlechtes Wetter, so dass wir umbuchen konnten. 2 Tage später gings los. Wir hatten als Pilotin Beth aus Florida - eine absolut tolle, routinierte und nette Pilotin, die bis an die Felswände der Napali reinsteuerte. Wir waren teils nur noch sprachlos über die Schönheit, die dieser Flug nochmal besser hervorbrachte. Auch wenn wir schon oft die Küste von Aussichtspunkten sahen - dies war noch mal ne ganz andere Nummer. Auch unserer Tochter (8) gefiel es super gut. Highlight war die musikalische Untermalung - mir liefen teils die Tränen... Am Ende kann man seinen eigenen Flufg für 40$ auf USB Stick kaufen und noch Merchandise, wenn man mag. Wir hatten eine tolle Stunde in der Luft - würden es jedem empfehlen!!! Mahalo !

3/4 of Kauai is inaccessible except by air, so even though it is expensive, it was a must do. We have been on 2 Blue Hawaii tours, and it is a great company. Our pilot asked if we were interested in movies and showed us many cool spots where movies were filmed. I liked that they can tailor it to the interests of the passengers. Brian was awesome as a tour guide and pilot. The equipment was good - everything went smoothly. We got to go to Wailele - crater that created Kauai and wettest spot on earth. Don't always get to go if too foggy. We choose Blue Hawaii over others because of full video of trip showing sights, hearing our conversation with the pilot, and seeing us in the copter as well. It does cost extra for the video. It is noteworthy that flying out of Lihue is cheaper than Princeville and you get a longer and more extensive trip. Also there is an on-line discount if you book early. Again, amazing sites you won't see any other way. Please wear dark clothes so there aren't reflections in the windows

Went this morning with my wife and two children. This has to be one of the most unique and memorable experiences we have ever had. Beth our pilot was AMAZING. So knowledgeable and professional and a very skilled pilot. We are still talking about how amazing this was and this is as the best way to see this spectacular island. Would do this again in a heartbeat. You will not regret doing this.

This was our second attempt to take this tour because our first day got rained out. The pilots wait until 15 minutes before the tour is supposed to leave to make the call which was fine with us. We rescheduled for the next day and were lucky to have some good weather and visibility. Our pilot, Geoff, was excellent. He made everyone feel very safe, especially my wife (we were on our honeymoon) who is very afraid of flying. He calmy talked to her about his years of service flying helicopters in the military and the thousands of flights hes done around Kauai. She was able to enjoy it immensely while also crushing the bones in my hand for most of the trip. This was the last thing we did before departing Kauai, so we had seen the island from boats, ATVs, hiking, kayak, cars, but this was by far the most amazing way to see it. I highly recommend the company, Geoff, and the tour overall.

Istumapaikat kerrotaan etukäteen, eikä niihin voi vaikuttaa. Eturivistä lienee loistava näkyvyys, mutta itselleni sattui takarivin sisäpaikka. Olin varustautunut hyvällä kameralla, mutta se oli aivan turhaa. Koko lento oli ihmisten välistä ja ohi kurkkimista. Takarivin reunastakin oli kuulemma vain rajallinen näkyvyys. Jos uskallus riittää, niin suosittelisin varsinkin innokkaille valokuvaajille mieluummin sellaista helikopteriyhtiötä, joka lentää pienemmällä helikopterilla ja ovet auki. Tällöin näkyvyys on paljon parempi.

Going to Hawaii I wanted to specifically visit Kauai and could not imagine seeing it only from the ground. The helicopter ride was great. Seating for five plus the pilot. Good views for everyone for taking photos or just viewing the terrain. Pilot was informative and skilled. Fantastic scenery.

This is probably my all time favorite activity and I’ve been all over the place and done lots of cools stuff (helo ride to a glacier and then dog sledding in Alaska, drove around the Indy 509 track, stood at home plate of Miller Field, etc.) Our pilot, Marty was super smooth, experienced, remembered all three of our names and rattled off facts about Kauai locations left and right. He always made multiple passes and positioned so everyone onboard got a great view. We had beautiful, high cloud cover and were able to see “Jurassic Falls”, numerous movie sites (Descendants, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, upcoming Rock movie Jungle Cruise) and most of the Mount Waiʻaleʻale waterfalls - the top was obscured by clouds. We saw the Na Pali coast and tunnels beaches. Just breathtaking beauty of Kauai. The helo was quiet, comfortable and smooth even when wind buffeted it. Not cheap and we sprung for the $41 memory stick video at the end but definitely worth it. The worst part of this was the end - I want to go back and do this again!

Che dire un esperienza costosa ma che ti lascia senza fiato dal primo minuto all'ultimo... La Napali Coast altrimenti non raggiungibile è uno spettacolo per la vista, senza dimenticare il Weimea Canyon e il Koke'e State Park... assolutamente da fare!

The helicopter tour with Greg on Blue Hawaiian Helicopter was the highlight of our vacation. He was an awesome narrator and full of information and excitement. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend you to do this excursion. My husband and I just watched the video of our ride and it brought tears to our eyes. Thank you for your professionalism and exceptional customer service! I wanted to do this tour before leaving home in the U.K. as I really wanted to see the Na Pali cliffs from the air. It is expensive but one of my sons and I decided to splash out on a tour. Our pilot was Brodie who was very knowledgeable about the island and its history and lots of other interesting facts. The views are stunning, the scale of the cliffs and beauty is really breathe taking and way exceeded our expectations, it's well worth it, totally amazing

Do not be put off by front of house staff - experience is worth it. Wear dark clothes. Very professionally done - safety procedures very slick and efficient. Helicopters well maintained. Adventure is amazing - unforgettable views. Perfect soundtrack, and knowledgable pilot Trip into crater, breath taking - the birth place of Kauai. Highly recommended - thankyou Brian, so glad you left UPS.

Our very first helicopter ride - we had a great time! Geoff was an excellent pilot and very knowledgeable. A great way to experience and see kauai! It was a bit pricey for 5 people but glad we went with this company. It's worth it!

July 30, 2018 — Our pilot was Matthew and he did a great job! He explained what we were seeing and a lot of interesting information about the island. He was friendly and frequently checked on us to be sure we were OK. The day was a little cloudy but not bad. We encountered a little rain but even that was a cool experience. Matthew warned us when we would be experiencing a bit of turbulence and for my daughter, who was nervous, that was appreciated. It is pricey but worth the money for this experience.
