Blue Hawaiian Helicopters did an Amazing job! The staff members were very friendly, funny & informative. They had patience for questions, took individual pictures with our personal cameras, & treated every guest like precious cargo. Pilot Chris Cady flew our helicopter with such ease, all while teaching facts & telling jokes about specific areas we flew over. The in flight view was spectacular! They also have your entire flight on video, available for purchase at the end of the tour. I would highly recommend flying with Blue Hawaiian at least once in your lifetime! This was a very memorable experience! Thank you all so much!!

This was my first trip to Hawaii and my first time in a helicopter. The whole experience was amazing. We booked w/Blue Hawaiian Helicopters through our hotel and communications of everything to come was great. Once we arrived for our tour everything was explained to us impeccably. The actual aircraft was extremely comfortable and our pilot was Marcus. He was very informative all of that we were seeing. Amazing and unbelievable views. We took so many pictures and what great memories we'll have. Would definitely do again and recommend this company!

The office staff is great when arriving. My issue was with the extra seat policy. I am over the 240 lbs but between wife and I who sat next to each other were well under 480 lbs total. We were sat next to each other and other empty seats were on the aircraft. Besides that little to no attention is paid to the passengers in the middle such as myself. I am disabled and have a mobility issue so being sat in the middle was not good. Absolute waste of money if you are not sat in the front or doors. When you are told by the pilot “ i will make a turn” it is not a full turn to allow other side to see what they were turning. Didnt see waterfall, Pearl Harbor, only saw some mountains and some windmills. Would have given office staff a 5/5 but the flight dropped the rating and we had no attention paid to us in the back or middle. If you can get that spot sure it might be worth it. For me though I will make sure to get a window seat when flying in to Hawaii next time and save the money. My one complaint about the office staff, I told them I was disabled and it apparently didn't matter for seat placement. Being disabled is hard enough. I was hoping that paying what I did would change anything and it didn't. Even buying t-shirts and hats didn't, so don't bother buying anything there unless you need dark clothes.
