We had a fantastic time flying with Captain Tim. His narration was calm and witty, and we felt safe and looked after the entire time. We loved the views along our route (West Maui and Molokai) - stunning and definitely an once in a life time experience.

We booked the Big Island Spectacular trip and I absolutely loved it. Mat the pilot was great! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. The flight was incredibly beautiful, I think my favorite parts were the waterfalls. Such a different perspective from the sky. Highly recommended. If you are a veteran, let them know! It isn't the cheapest of all adventures but it is one of those "once in a lifetime" trips. The staff at Blue Hawaiian are super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience. The value you get is very much worth the cost. Derek was an excellent pilot and extremely knowledgeable of the area as took us around the islands. We even had a “Jurassic Park” moment that was breathtaking.

Did the Big island Spectacular tour yesterday. I must say this was a truly amazing experience. Matt our pilot was brilliant in showing us around and talking us through the diverse landscapes the island offers. The views over the currently active KÄ«lauea volcano and the Kohala coastline with its waterfalls was breathtaking. We were lucky to have a clear sunny day which made the experience absolutely perfect.

Amazing flight with experienced pilot and staff!
It was my first ever helicopter flight and I just say it did not disappoint. Our pilot, chewy, was very knowledgeable about the areas we flew over and gave very interesting background stories on the sites. I particularly enjoyed the take off and landing, very exhilarating indeed. Definitely recommend this experience!
Another great experience with Blue Hawaiian Helicopter’s. This was our sixth Blue Hawaiian trip but our first big island spectacular with a waterfall landing. It’s a great way to get a sense of the whole island and I always recommend first time visitors to do Blue Hawaiian early in their visit so they can get a lay of the land. This operation is incredibly buttoned up. Mahalo to the entire Blue Hawaiian team.
