Amazing sights and a smoothe ride. What more could you ask for. Truly a "hell on earth" lava field with an active magma hole and a wondrous view of the rim and field. Our guide was a wealth of information on the volcanoes and on the island. Flight of a lifetime.
This was a remarkable experience. In fact, I think I need to just sit for a while and consider what just happened. The volcano was amazing. We actually saw lava flowing like a river. Spectacular. After leaving the volcano we saw waterfalls and more amazingness in the Waimanu Valley. Our pilot, Toshi, knew everything about everything and really added an element of humor that made this a fabulous trip. I've seen it all. Time to leave the island.

In the vacinity of the Pukalani Water Falls the US Military was asked to bomb the lava flow sometime in the 1920-s to 1940s Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was a dream come true for me. For decades I have been transfixed by the sheer power of volcanoes and have collected videos of them. To actually have the opportunity to fly over kilauea was the thrill of my lifetime. Thank you so much for making my dream come true!

Simply amazing. Very good explanation by Adam, our pilot. He took the time to go around the volcano so that everyone on board could enjoy the view. We saw some good lava flow. We are completely satisfied with the crew and everyoneinvolved and recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopter for memorable experience.
Brilliant, knowledgable pilot and great geological overview of the active areas - youreally need to see it by airto appreciate the vastness of the shield volcano. View points were shared equally between left and right sides and good views from the rear seating, thanks!
