Greg was a great pilot, an awesome guide, a wealth of knowledge, and right away, we felt like we'd already been friends for awhile. This has been the highlight of our trip!

Pros: Nice helicopter (clean, modern), great instructions, professional pilot and ground staff. Friendly service throughout. We saw lava flow! Cons:Could have a shelter outside the fence when waiting to board our helicopter as it was rainy and actually always rains in Hilo. The dvd burner was busted and we couldn't get a copy of our trip. We should have gotten all our flotation devices as we waited in the lounge or covered area, i had to wait on the tarmac, in the wind and rain, for someone to go back to the fence area (twice).
Great tour! Had to wait in the rain while preparing ...not too bad but was a little wet in the helicopter. Thanks all!

Our pilot Eric was amazing! We have been on helicopter rides in Maui before but our trip with Eric was smooth, peaceful, beautiful and informative. We completely enjoyed our ride and guide. We will be back!! Thank you

AMAZING!!!! We could not have dreamed that it would be as great as it was. We had the whole island tour and saw active lava and breathtaking waterfalls. Scott was a great pilot and guide. Hope to come again....
