Roger was great and interacted very well with the group. He made an extra effort which allowed us to get to see the top of the creator...! He made our 12 year old son feel very welcomed. Roger had a great sense of humor as well..
The whole experience was amazing! All the staff from the front desk to the ground crew to the pilot were so friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and Roger was very knowledgable. We got to see a bunch of red lava spots which was awesome! Thanks for a great ride :)
Pilot Vince was very informative and he flew his choppa like a champ.
Tim, our pilot, did a great job. We had a great time. He was able to show us everything that he was able to do so. I wish there was more lava to see (but that is nothing you can control).
Excellent tour of a beautiful island. Our pilot Emery did a a great job of not only flying but giving us a great amount of detail of the different sites. Would recommend to anyone!

Nat is an awesome pilot.
The flight experience was fabulous. We were treated very well by the pilot as he made lots of concessions to allow all passengers to see as much as possible. The views were great and the tour was equally as informative. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a stomach for flying.
