Great tour. We chose to fly in the Eco-Star. Our pilot, Tim, was very knowledgable and friendly. There was not a ton of volcanic activity, but Tim got us as close to the flowing lava and fires as we cared to get. The rivers and waterfalls were beautiful. Very smooth flight, only wished it was longer. A must if you're on the Big Island.

Pilot Geoffrey gave us an incredible tour of the island. He was very calming, almost as if leading a meditative yoga class :) The flight was very smooth. It was my wife's first time on a helicopter and she never believed it could be such a smooth ride. Mahalo!
