From our arrival until we left, the customer service provided from each employee was great. Our pilot Rick did a great job showing us around Maui and explained everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend taking a helicopter tour of the island. It is a great way to see and experience it.

Blue Hawaiian is spectacular - the helicopter is cutting edge - a highly professional and safe adventure, the pilot (Marty) was wonderful, and of course the beauty of Kauai was indescribable.

It's hard to say which part of the flight was best. I'll begin by saying that Colleen has (in pilot speak)a great pair of hands -- that is the flight was expertly done. Then was the knowledge of the island and life here. Of course there was the unexpected lava fountain that was the hight of our tour. Many thanks and Robin and I say, if you are ever in Redwood City, you can come fly with us on a SF Bay tour -- we fly a C-336 Skymaster. All the best Robin and LeighAnn Weiland

Steve did a great job of flying and telling us about Hawaiian Island. I would recommend the 2 hour flight to everyone considering it.
John was great. Lots of good info and a nice smooth ride. Only drawback was somewhat limited visibility from middle seat in back. Overall a wonderful experience.
Craig was a very good pilot. I felt safe when he mentioned that he has been flying for the last 30 years. I didn't get airsick at all. Very informative. Views were so incredible which can be viewed only on air. 2 male attendants were also very nice and made sure we were safe. The terminal was nice and clean and with good A/C which is needed since it was so HOT!
Absolutely beautiful. A "must". Our guide Brandon was very informative. An unforgettable experience!
