We had one day in Honolulu, so we decided to try out the Helicopter tour. Very professional company with state of the art helicopters. Our pilot, Jeannette was great. We flew the entire island in 45 minutes and got a all new perspective on things we had never seen. We now want to go back and go to everywhere we saw by helicopter. Great fun!

My brother and I took this tour and absolutely loved it! You see almost the entire island and even places you're not allowed to see on land (Sacred Falls). Our pilot, Chris, was awesome and gave us a great tour, pointing out film locations and telling us trivia facts (who knew it takes 2 years to grow a pineapple?). This is a wonderful way to see the island!

This was hands down the best experience my husband, son and I have ever done on vacation! I was nervous about flying in a helicopter and once we were up in the air I completely forgot about being nervous! I even got to sit in the front. The scenery that you fly over is breathtaking! Like something you have never seen anywhere else in the world! Just when you thought one area was gorgeous you would fly over another area that was just as pretty. And our pilot provided a great background on what we were looking at the entire time. He included all of us and made all the passengers feel so comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire island and he made the trip even more interesting than it already was. He made us feel like we were his only passengers the entire day! He made it very special and went above and beyond to make the entire trip memorable! Hands down worth the money! Blue Hawaiian is the only way to go!!

Our pilot was Scott, ex-Blackhawk military pilot, very experienced, felt very safe. Went way beyond the tour book basics, told us a lot of history and geology of the island. We had a good day and got to fly into Mt Wai'ale'ale Crater which is inaccessible 70% of the year. Very highly recommend this tour.

This was our second trip with Blue Hawaiian (adults only 3 years ago.) Our family of five was AWESTRUCK with the beauty of this island. The tour is a spectacular LIFE CHANGING way to see the island and really helps you to get oriented early in your vacation. So great! Definitely worth the money!

Went on a helicopter tour 3 days ago with Brian, had a beautiful ride. I was a little nervous as it was my first helicopter ride, but Brian was a confident pilot and I felt comfortable in no time. We saw too many amazing waterfalls to even count, the Na Poli coastline was incredible. I highly recommend this as an option for people who are short on time. This was a stop on a cruise and we were only in Kauai for a day and a half. Got to see more of the island than we ever could have if we were driving and had many more days to explore the island. Truly a highlight of my trip. Thank you, Brian, and I won't be afraid to try another helicopter ride sometime.

We have done the Circle of Fire plus Waterfalls tour which lasted about 45 minutes. On-site staff and pilot were very professional. We experienced a smooth and informative flight. Eco Star helicopter is a good choice because of space and window considerations. Nevertheless, we would not do the tour again. While you get some nice aerial overviews of a volcano crater you only can see little lava flows into the sea due to flying altitude (lava flow boat tour recommended instead). The waterfall part is rather short and you will not see any of the high waterfalls of the island. This may is better in another longer flight. In addition it is highly recommended to wear dark clothes as advised by Blue Hawaiian. Bright colours or skin mirrors in the windows.

This was my 30th wedding anniversary gift to my husband who always wanted to get on a helicopter, but he never imagined I surprised him with a flight over beautiful Waikiki and beyond. The island is beautiful from above and Julie our pilot was wonderful describing all the areas and history of the place. To topped off we were given the front seats next to Julie to make our day even more special to enjoy those amazing views.

We took a wonderful tour of the island. Our pilot, Brady, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us right up close to the prettiest and most interesting sites. The helicopter was comfortable and provided good viewing for entire group of 6.

Amazing views, smooth ride, excellent service! Scott was our pilot, he was great! Best experience on the island. We'll do it again when we come back.

When a friend found out we were going to Kauai, his recommendation was "go all out because you'll never know when you will be back". In my opinion, a helicopter Tour is a "must-do" in order to "go all out". Yes, it is pricey, but it is so worth it. One of the things that sets Blue Hawaiian apart is the ability to converse with your pilot and other passengers through a microphone. Our pilot, Barrett, was very competent and safe. He had knowledge of the entire island. Because so much of Kauai can not be accessed by roads or even foot (or is private land), this is the best way to see and appreciate her beauty. 5 stars!

We had a great time on our Circle of Fire + Waterfalls tour with Adolph. He was a great pilot -- getting us very good views of Pu'u 'O'o and also where the lava is currently running into the ocean but keeping all the movements very smooth. I didn't have any dark shirts in what I'd packed to wear for our vacation (light colors can cause reflections that can be a problem for the pilots), but Blue Hawaiian lent me a polo to wear on the flight. They also had cool, damp towels (it gets a little hot in the helicopter!) and cold water for us back at the airport, which was a nice touch.

We booked an excursion through Celebrity Cruises to go on the blue Hawaiian helicopter tour over the active volcano. It was an outstanding excursion and we're so happy that we booked it! We got great pictures and our navigator did a wonderful job of showing us the big island. It was an experience we will never forget! ?

Everyone was so friendly and professional. After checking in we watched a safety video and then we were all loaded into the helicopter. Our pilot, Scott, was very knowledgable and friendly. The island is breathtakingly beautiful.

We decided to take Blue Hawaiian Helicopters because of their solid reputation and we were not disappointed at all. They have a great facility to check you in, don't wear any light clothing if affects picture taking due to reflections off of helicopter windows, can't wear any hats, if you bring a jacket you must wear it can't hold or wrap it around you, can't carry any purses or bags with you, can leave in car or they have lockers, cell phones and cameras are a must for picture taking and you will be taking lots of pics. The helicopters are clean and top of the trade models, our experienced pilot was from Kauai and gave a great narrative of the island and its scenery. The ride was smooth and comfortable and you get to see a lot of the beautiful island of Kauai especially the beautiful and majestic mountains, waterfalls and Waimea canyon. Highly recommend all visitors to Kauai to treat themselves to this breathtaking experience. Go Blue!
