Many people seem afrain of helicopters but you will be smiling from ear to ear at the end of the trip. Michael has 31 year of experience and will make you feel comfortable. Well worth the price.

Can't say enough about the beautiful heliport, clean facilities, nice mini theater for the safety briefing... Our pilot Marty gave us a wonderful narrated tour for an out of this world experience. Its the only way to get a bird's eye view of paradise. Any question you have will be answered in flight. My only suggestiosn is to upgrade their on-board camera system to HD and hand out SD cards of video instead of out dates DVDs.

We were super impressed with our pilot Brandon. He was very informative! We are very happy that we chose Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. We watched other companies take off and noticed the quality of Blue Hawaiian Helicopters was far superior to these other ones! Thanks Brandon! We would give you more stars if we could! Brad did a great job of making all of us feel comfortable! Remembered all of our names during the conversation on the flight. Brad gave us interesting information about the island and answered questions with ease. Happy to even get to see a few whales off the coast of Napali! First class facility, first class service and equipment. Our tour guide/pilot, Brad, was nothing short of awesome. A great way to see the island. Would do this again and again.

My wife and I took afternoon flight with pilot Barrett. He was very entertaining and we absolutely enjoyed the tour of Kauai. Try to get a window seat, wear dark colored shirt and shorts as there is some reflection with lighter clothing. This was doors on flight. You can purchase pictures or video from your flight.

Even though I don't like flying this was the highlight of our trip. Adam, the pilot was informative, reassuring and I felt very confident with him. Spectacular scenery, great commentary and of course a safe trip. I would highly recommend this. All the staff at Blue Hawaiian were great including when we had an issue with our DVD back in Australia and they resent another one, no problems .

I took a 45 min tour of most of Oahu. Very professional crew. Great flying experience, noice-cancelling equipment worked very well. A lot of views of Oahu it would be very difficult to get in any other way. Perfect as a first sight-seeing - gives you a grasp of the geography. Looking at a map later I could say I'd been there, there and there already. Obviously, there are more scenic islands than Oahu, but that's a different story.

I never really wanted to do a helicopter tour (motion sickness, afraid of height, and death!) but the Kauai guidebook in our hotel said that a heli tour in Kauai is an absolute must and that Blue Hawaiian was the operator to use. So we bit the bullet and booked the tour. We were not disappointed! The pilot was awesome with lots of information, cheesy jokes and tons of closeups of all the best of Kauai. We had a fabulous time, felt incredibly safe and even though a couple of us suffered major motion sickness (Dramamine DID NOT help!), felt like this was the best part of our vacation. It's definitely a bucket list item and hallelujah for the fact that they do not do the gratuity hard-press...its so awkward!

Most spectacular thing we've ever experienced. Our pilot Brandon was awesome. He is funny, informative and so personable ~ the flight was so smooth!! By far the VERY BEST way to see this beautiful Garden Island of Kauai ~ Breathtaking!! We will most certainaly take another trip on Blue Hawaiian over every island we visit! Thank you so much. Our pilot was Geoff and he was great, answered all of the kids questions. The helicopters are so luxurious, looked brand new. The whole family enjoyed it, I highly recommend going here. When we were driving up we saw a lot of places that were not as professional looking and their place was very nice and the staff was great. The tour is amazing, we saw everything including whales on the Napali coast. Try to go early in the morning.

At the start of our vacation, we decided to take a helicopter tour of Oahu to get more familar on the sites we were interested in seeing, potential roads we could take to further explore Oahu, and to see attractions that are only accessible by air. We chose "Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Tours" because of all the strong, postive reviews and endorsements we discovered during our research; we had very high expectations as a result of our research. I'm glad to write that Blue Hawaiian was able to exceed our expectations with flying colors. We flew in one of their state-of-the-art ECO-Star Helicopters, which had windows that provided fantastic visibility. Our pilot/tour guide, Tobi, did both an excellent job of flying and describing all the major points of interest. In fact, it was a very windy day when we flew, but Tobi was able to provide us with a very smooth flight (no one in our party ended up with symptoms of motion sickness). The helicopter was also equipped with BOSE noise-cancelling headsets, so we only heard very little helicopter engine and blade noise; the music played over the headsets was also a very nice touch. We were also provided with push-button activated mikes in order to ask the pilot/tour guide questions during our 45-minute tour. Another cool feature is the aircraft is equipped with several on-board cameras that capture video of the trip, which includes passenger facial reactions as they see some of the sites. A DVD could then be purchased after the flight for a reasonable $25. Lastly, the staff members were all very freindly and professional. Bottom line, this is probably the only vacation that my family will get to take in Hawaii, so the added expense of the helicopter tour was money well spent! In fact, the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour--by far--is the best and most enjoyable activity that I've got to do while on vacation, and I've done a lot of traveling in my life. Currently, we're considering going to the big island toward the end of our Hawaiian vacation; if we do, we'll be taking the Blue Hawaiian "Circle of Fire plus Waterfalls" tour.

For someone afraid of heights this was the best experience of a lifetime. Now off of my bucket list I would go again tomorrow. The pilot was amazing, thanks Marty. We were well informed throughout the flight and I really enjoyed the interactive conversation. This will leave you speechless and wanting more.

Covered virtually every point of interest not accessible by land vehicle and even did a little aerial whale watching! Thanks for a great flight Barrett!

Blue-Hawaiian Helicopter in Honolulu on Oahu is one great experience. It started out with great staff, especially the Base Manager, Palani Villanueva, who has the true spirit of Aloha. Every part of this magical island fiight was perfect. The capable pilot directed our attention to all of the wonderful sites and locations while in flight as well as providing us tidbits of Hawaiian history and culture. We flew over parts of Oahu inaccessible to reach and had spectacular views of all the beaches! This experience and the beauty of it all is my most favorite memory of my vacation. We brought home the video of our own personal flight and will continue to view it time and time again. There are other helicopter companies but Blue Hawaiian provides the best in service and can do staff. The least likable part of the trip is that it only lasted one hour. My next trip to Oahu will be a repeat of this flight.....it is that Good. Worth every penny! Mahalo to Blue Hawaiian and staff!
