This was my family's first day in Kauai and taking a helicopter tour was a great way to start out. It felt safe, our pilot was great, and the staff was helpful and organized. The views were amazing and the flight was the perfect length. We now want to go on the Big Island with Blue Hawaiian!

Awesome ride awesome views

I sent my father, uncle and wife on the tour of Oahu and they loved it. I booked online however once my dad arrived at the tour, they found out he was a vet and refunded me a ton of money for his service. All 3 truly enjoyed the tour and they said it was the highlight of their trip. They said their pilot was super professional and she did an outstanding job. I look forward to taking a vacation to one of the other islands and using this company for a tour with my wife and kids.

I loved the views! We circled around Kauai and saw so many wonderful things, and some places around the island that might never be touched by man. I get motion sick a little bit, but on the helicopter ride I could hardly move. I was pretty nauseated for the rest of the day. There were so many drops and unexpected lifts it is nearly impossible to completely focus. I would recommend this to anyone for their first time, but I don't think I will do it again.

One of the best things we did on Kauai. Scott, our pilot, was amazing and put everyone at ease. He addressed everyone by name and made sure he showed up sights important to each of us. At one point during the trip, I felt a little queasy. He recognized immediately- and helped me address it. I felt so safe! Sunny, who checked us in, was great as well. She lives up to her name- she was funny, efficient, and welcoming! Highly recommend a helicopter tour on Kauai and especially this company.

Absolutely spectacular sights. Definitely the best way to see the island. Blue Hawaiian runs a great operation and has really nice helicopters. Truly top notch.

Great trip! Must do

We booked Blue Hawaiian Helicopters as one of our honeymoon excursions while on Kauai. It was probably the highlight or out trip! Our flight was only half full with 5 of us so viewing out the windows was easy (I was in the middle and had no problem looking out any side of the helicopter). The pilot was knowledgeable and answered any questions people had while pointing out interesting landmarks. He even offered to change the route at one point when a passenger asked about a different area. The building the tour takes off from was really nice, they offered wet towels upon arrival and water (the helicopter can make you a little woozy, the cool towel on the neck was well appreciated by my wife). All the staff was super nice and helpful! Definitely something you should do while you are on the island as most of the island is inaccessible by car, so this is the only easy way to see it!

Excellent job. Very professional. They take a super video of the whole trip from different sides of the helicopter. You can buy this video if you want. Also the pilot tells you all about the island and key features. I'm glad we did this.

I really appreciate that Blue Hawaiian doesn't fly in bad weather. Our flight got cancelled due to bad weather (rain, lots of clouds on low altitude) and I'm glad it did. I've seen other operators flying out on the same day and it was probably waste of money for the passengers - I drove and hiked to some places on the same day and views were obscured by clouds, better to plan doing it early in your stay to have option of re-scheduling to fly when weather gets better.

The tour could have been much more enjoyable if there was less cloud and rain. We didn't get to the wettiest spot and saw the thousand foot waterfall as advertised because of the weather. To be fair it is not guaranteed either.

Great tour! We bought $100 gift cards from Costco for $80 each and had an unforgettable time. The flight was smooth and the guide/piolet knew lots of information and answered questions on history and other things.

Had a great tour with Trevor yesterday. Saw parts of Kauai that we would not see otherwise. Really enjy it!
