My grandmother and I did the 50 minute waterfall tour. We were amazed at everything we were able to see from up these in just a 50 minute tour. We also splurged for the video. I was a little disappointed that I was not visible in the video due to the person in front of me blocking the camera. Especially given the steep price. But it was still nice seeing the views from the video.

I would've given less stars, but our pilot, Steven, and the flight itself was spectacular. Steven was very enthusiastic and excited to share the island of Kauai with us. We got to see incredible views of Kauai, including some places that are only accessible by helicopter, like the Jurassic Park waterfall. However, I can't ignore the customer service I received prior to the flight. When my family of 5 arrived, the front desk agent was unfriendly. Upon arriving less than an hour before takeoff, she informed us that since a helicopter holds 6 people, we could either: A) pay $300 extra to fill that seat and be able to "pick our seats" (when in actuality, each person's weight decides our seats), or B) give up that seat to a stranger AND lose the ability to pick where we sit (according to her, which was not true). The way she explained this to us came across as though she didn't care about our situation. Our family decided that since the original cost was high to begin with, it would be outrageous to spend an additional $300. As it turned out, no extra person came onto the flight anyway. In addition, we read online from other reviewers that we should be wearing long-sleeved dark clothing to minimize the reflection in our photos and looking out the window in general. When we showed up wearing these clothes, the workers told us that we'd be hot in the helicopters and we were encouraged to buy $25 black Blue Hawaiian t-shirts, which 3 of us purchased because we were worried we'd be uncomfortable. In reality, the temperature in the helicopter was very comfortable (and you should be wearing long sleeves). Although our experience on the ground wasn't the best, the pilot and flight made up for it, and I would still strongly recommend to take a helicopter tour.

Amazing experience on the Maui and Molokai Spectacular!

This was our first time flying in a helicopter and it was an incredible experience! Our pilot was extremely kind and experienced and allowed us to ask as many questions as possible. The sights were beautiful, looking forward to coming back soon!

David (Chewy) was an awesome pilot. The flight was very smooth and we saw all the amazing features of Kīlauea. We also saw a handful of incredible waterfalls!!

The pilot, Chewy (aka David) was terrific, helicopter was great, customer service was great, even re-scheduling our party of 4 for a later date when the weather moved in and our planned tour would be less than ideal. However, the experience was disappointing overall. We asked about a tour that would give us the best chance of seeing the active volcano. They gave us the usual disclaimers (there was no guarantee of seeing lava) but they did not clarify there was no intention of actually venturing near the active crater. It would have been more forthright to simply explain that this was not a tour of the active volcano. We saw the landscapes formed by past eruptions and learned tons from our pilot guide, and if you wish to spend $2,000 for your family to see and hear that in a helicopter, this would be the way to do it. If you want to see the volcano, go to the state park for $30 for a much better experience. If they had been more forthcoming about the tour, I would not have done it, and I can't help but suspect there was a little bit of intentional obfuscation for that reason. I also purchased the video on a USB drive for an extra $100 only to discover that 2 of the 6 files were corrupted. Highly recommended if you have minimal expectations and a lot more money than I do! But unfortunately, I feel there are many other options available on the Big Island offering better value for time and money.

Highly recommend 10/10! Definitely one of a kind experience in Kauai! Super welcoming and professional crew. It was the safest helicopter ride. It was my first time and it’s totally worth it! Arrive on time and bring tips! :) If you will arrive early you can pay for an upgrade, 2 people in front ( the best seats for taking photos/video). Not scary at all, only little nervousness during taking off, flight is smooth. Just follow instructions and you will be fine. Obviously do not touch anything, if you drop something let the pilot know. You share microphone in front and in the back. Sit still and enjoy the ride! I would only phone and put sunglasses on, wear comfortable clothes. I would totally get the cabin off option next time and it was waterfall stop, more adventurous and fun. Love their office and location, everyone were exceptional at their work.

Great experience. Well organised, nice people, safe, great explanations off scenery during the tour... all excellent. Our Pilot was Alex. He had a very impressive knowledge of the island and all his comments during the flight were very valuable and interesting.
