The pilot Josh was fantastic! Informative & knowledgable. The girls in the office were super amazing! We had a small hitch & they helped us set it right. So glad we used this company! The ride was breathtaking & we got to see all of the island. If I could give this business, the staff & the experience all separate ratings... out of 5 stars as the best, 5 stars wouldn't be enough for any of them. They'd each deserve a 6 star rating! We enjoyed the entire experience. Malle and Tina were very helpful with checking in. Steven was a very knowledgeable pilot who informed us about the area as we flew around many volcanic craters. I would recommend this trip to others.
