This ride a must when you visit Hawaii!! I was truly blown away by the beauty of big island from above with Blue Hawaii helicopter. As our pilot, we had mr. toshi who was just amazing. He was very thoughtful and provided us with a fun and gentle ride for 2 hours. I am actually from Hawaii and never appreciated the landscape like this before. So glad I did this when I visited big island this time.

We had an excellent experience touring the island! Shane was a great guide and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to everyone and if possible ask for Shane to be your guide! He had an excellent music selection that really added to the experience! Thank you for showing us around the island!!

Do not miss this. You cannot see the sites by car or any other mode of transportation. This is the ultimate experience!!!

This was so awesome great pilots, the helicopter ride so smooth.the scenery stunning totally worth the price once in a life time experience.

For this experience 5 stars is not near enough. This is a trip everyone should take if the chance comes up.

Leslie and Michael We fly the Kohala tour and it was hands down the most amazing thing we have ever done. Greg was amazing, music was great and the waterfalls, cliffs and shoreline were unreal. If you want to fly through an apple screensaver this is the tour to do!

A wonderful way to view the spectacular island!

John was our pilot. Excellent smooth ride with great narration and information! The Helicopter was very clean , air conditioned and wonderful music in the headsets! John was also so patient and answered questions from a 5 and 7 year old! We landed In front of a beautiful waterfall at Pu'u O Umi Naural Reserve. So beautiful! A must! Thank you!!

We did the Waterfalls of Kohala tour with Shane. It was AMAZING! First of all, I get motion sickness. I wear the motion sickness patches behind the ear and took Bonine pre-flight. I had NO trouble despite being nervous about it. So if you get motion sickness, I had less trouble with the helicopter than I do with planes or bots so rest easy there. On to the actual experience. This was incredible! The landing and time spent at the waterfall was amazing. There was one other couple on the tour with us and the pilot was really friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. My husband and I hiked down (not really a hike, but a scramble down/up a little rocky area) to the waterfall and dipped our toes in. An experience we will NEVER forget! Cost was almost a limiting factor for us so note that you can get discounts through last minute bookings, time share presentations, etc. It was worth every penny for us!
