Great trip! My first time in a helicopter. Nathan was a great, knowledgeable pilot. Pretty comfortable, especially once I adjusted the air flow at high altitude.
My first helicopter ride ever, so I was a bit hesitant. (Especially when I found out I was sitting up front!) As usual, my fears were unfounded, and I found it a beautiful, serene, and peaceful ride. Our pilot was friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and had a good sense of humor. Thanks for the GREAT experience. I will no longer fear helicopters. As a matter of fact, I think I want to learn to fly one!
We had a fantastic time with and excellent pilot in Eric, who was very knowledgeable and informative. It was a real highlight of our holiday, we would definitely recommend it to friends.

Fantastic tour on the Eco Star!! Our day got off to a great start when we got here early and got to spend time with Velma who was such a pleasant person to talk to. Our pilot, Nathan, was such a skilled pilot, and was so knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. You must be the best in the business and if not we can't wait to take a tour with whomever is better.
Ray did a nice job, very nice guy, very professional. We were disappointed we didn't see the caldera or live lava, but feel condient that Ray would have shown us if he could.
