Pilot was a great guide and top bloke. Knew alot of information about the area, very informative. Beautiful views and comfortable flight make for a happy time. Loved it!

Booked at the last minute and were well accomodated by the staff. Brian started us off with a welcoming bus ride and Brandon was superb as our pilot. So glad we did this!

Absolutely everything we expected and more! Pilot Brandyn was profesional, curtious and humorous. It was so breath-taking; and my jaw actually hurts right now from smiling the entire time! It was an experiance that we will not forget! Bryan, the shuttle driver was very funny and knew how to make us feel comfortable while going over the saftey rules. #amazing#wow#YOLO

We, unfortunately, were unable to truly experience our trip since we were on the helicopter with a family of 5 who dominated the entire trip. Our pilot, Vincent engaged the family for the whole trip and appeared not to realize that my husband and I were also on board. We had to listen to children's questions and constant clicking of the microphone as well as parents passing a camera from the front to the back seats. Additionally, the Mom wore a bright blue shirt which made picture taking difficult (wihtout her reflection). Leilani was very sympathetic and we appreciate her caring. We will probably re-do this trip at later time due entirely to Leilani.
