Top notch experience from beginning to end. Extremely friendly staff (especially Steve). Brandon was an excellent pilot and guide - my 70 year old mother-in-law was completely confortable and enjoyed every minute of her birthday flight. Nice soundtrack as well.

A pleasant trip and very informative. This is my second time on this tour and definately something worth doing each time we come to Hawaii to see the changes in the landscape from year to year.
This was my first helicopter experience and I must admit, I was nervous. Until, that is, I met our pilot Glenda - who was absolutely fantastic. She did an excellent job of explaining the beautiful terrain we were seeing and her music compilation was fantastic. On the helicopter tour itself - amazing! What a great way to see the east side of the island and the crater. I have never wanted to embark on the long drive to Hana and I think choosing a helicopter to show us this beautiful land was the way to go for us! I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone, from nervous flyers to the seniors (like my parents who joined me!!) The scenery was beautiful and the pilot was very informative. The only issue that I encountered was the seating arrangement. The view from seats 4 and 5 were obstructed and the photo opportunities were rare.
