The flight was great and the pilot was super! However, the music is too loud when she is speaking. Too hard to understand her and others when they talk.
Ethan did an amazing job on our tour. We had a great tour of the island and learned a lot about the history of the communities and the people. The lava flows and cauldron were awesome and the waterfalls beautiful. Well worth the effort and a great family experience.

Both pilots, Ethan and Wesley, were excellent in different ways. They both brought out information that was somewhat different and I learned something from both of them. It seemed that they were both plugged into the fact that I was very interested in getting photos/videos of the flights and I appreciated that. Also, the counter people, Kanani and Ariel, were very helpful in terms of getting checked in.
Pilot Brody was awesome, sharing insight as a native Hawaiian and explaining the sacredness behind certain mountains and valleys which, to us tourists, might have been just another pretty spot, but made much more relevant by Brody's commentary. We were reminded just how blessed we are to view parts of the island most native Hawaiians themselves have never seen. Thank you, Brody, and Blue Hawaiian, for a spectacular experience and memory!

Brodi did an amazing job with his narrative and flying the aircraft. We feel truly blessed to have him as our pilot. We will for sure tell our friends and family to request him when they come to Kauai.
Brody was awesome! Very knowledgeable and provided excellent commentary on the trip. The "heart of Kauai" was stunning and very emotional. His personal comments on his family and growing up on Kauai gave life to the tour for us! We really got a sense of the true spirit of Kauai.
