We came here middle of July. Checkin was smooth and easy, however after the safety video the lady who was in charge of allocating guests to assigned helicopter was very disorganised. We were all finally allocated to a helicopter, seated and greeted with our captain Greg. Off we went for the most beautiful scenic ride , Greg keeping us well informed of the beautiful history and interesting facts of the island . THANKS GREG ☺ Helicopter is indeed the best way to see kauai, as there is quite a few places that are unaccessible (can only be seen in the air)

Awesome. We booked a quick trip and they upgraded us for free to a full island tour with private landing and champagne free of charge. Whomever canceled last minute, thank you, you made our vacation

Guy did a great job and knows the territory very well. At times it seemed he was focused on the front but all in all a good trip. BTW..being in the back middle is not great seat

We took our 6 month old and 23 month old on this tour on our laps and they both fell asleep within minutes. The staff were extremely helpful with our children and made this experience wonderful for all of us. The pilot had a very soothing and calm voice and the music was perfect for the locations. The views were absolutely amazing! They film the trip inside and capture the outside views as well. It was an additional fee for the video on a jump drive but not overly priced. We would highly recommend this tour with blue Hawaiian helicopters and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again even with young children.

Amazing Tour. Did the same one 20 years ago on our honeymoon. Best company on the Islamd hands down! Also the longest running company! We brought our 3 kids with us and they enjoyed it also.

We were on a cruise ship from NCL and wanted to view the Fisher 8, lava flow to the ocean and the sights around the flow. We had a party of 8 that went. As soon as we disembarked the ship, they were there to greet us and shuttle us to the airport. The check in process was smooth and then we got to view a quick video before we went on to the helicopter. We then walked to the hole port and waiting to board. Safety was the major concern and we were all informed and equipped it. I was lucky to get the front and the visual was a sight to see. This was history in the making and the pilot was very well versed on the terrain, weather and the location. Even though he was from the mainland and had an accent, we enjoyed every minute. The views of the ocean, fisher 8, lava flow, water falls, and the devastation of the homes was well worth the money. I would recommend this again to anyone that wants a quick view of Hilo town. Such a beautiful place. At the end, we purchased our trip on DVD and it was good to view it again. The shuttle back to the ship was on time, before we had to depart.
