Awesome flight to see Kīlauea and the big island. This was a once in a lifetime chance to see the most active volcano in the world. Kīlauea has been erupting since 1984.

We were on a cruise ship from NCL and wanted to view the Fisher 8, lava flow to the ocean and the sights around the flow.  We had a party of 8 that went.  As soon as we disembarked the ship, they were there to greet us and shuttle us to the airport.  The check in process was smooth and then we got to view a quick video before we went on to the helicopter.  We then walked to the hole port and waiting to board.  Safety was the major concern and we were all informed and equipped it. I was lucky to get the front and the visual was a sight to see.  This was history in the making and the pilot was very well versed on the terrain, weather and the location.  Even though he was from the mainland and had an accent, we enjoyed every minute.  The views of the ocean, fisher 8, lava flow, water falls, and the devastation of the homes was well worth the money.  I would recommend this again to anyone that wants a quick view of Hilo town.  Such a beautiful place.  At the end, we purchased our trip on DVD and it was good to view it again.  The shuttle back to the ship was on time, before we had to depart.  Thank you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters

Awesome and WOW just doesn't seem to do this tour justice. Pilot Mark was a great pilot, made sure everyone had a great view and the WATERFALLS! So many waterfalls. My parents have been taking Blue Hawaiian tours for years and years. Father passed away and mom (81) wanted to do one more. Thank you to the entire staff!

Absolutely awesome experience for the family. Chris was a gem and did a terrific job. Love the eco star. Great aircraft.

Christopher, our pilot was very informative! Flight was great although passenger microphones malfunctioned Van air conditioning was not operating.

Our pilot was Brian and we were treated to an awesome tour of the island to include the volcano. We had a blast, pun intended and Brian was fantastic and provided a very exacting verbal description of the history and people of Hawaii. Thanks Brian! If you're ever in Texas look us up!

Marty was a fantastic pilot and guide on our helicopter tour over Kauai. Highly recommended! I've never been in a helicopter before, but now I'm already itching to go on another helicopter adventure.

We just took a tour of the island with our pilot Guy. The trip was amazing! Beautiful scenery and a fantastic way to view the island. Guy's commentary was entertaining as well. This was a great experience.
