Great customer service, and a very funny, friendly and knowledgeable pilot (Scott). This was the hi-light of our trip, and we appreciate it!

It was the only way to see the volcanoes and then the weather didn't play ball!! John the pilot was very apologetic after the sound system wasn't working and even got us to change chopper. There was lots to see but wished he could've shown us a bit more of various volcanic craters or recent lava flows even though we respected we couldn't fly over the Leilani Estate. Waterfalls were spectacular and 2 hrs went by so quickly!

Fantastic tour from a truly incredible pilot. Brian made the fantastic views come to life with his narration and his piloting skills were second to none. He made our honeymoon experience even more special. All the best to Brian!

The tour was simply brilliant, and Guy was a great pilot! Especially enjoyed the Na Pali coast, and the flight right into the crater. One suggestion: One person had forgotten the dress code and was wearing white. It interfered a lot with our pictures. Maybe this could be covered in the briefing in future, and the person required to buy a black t-shirt? (Make it a requirement? For the sake of the others?)

One of the best things we have done on our trip. Would recommend this to anyone.

Just want to say "thanks"! Our reservations were cancel on accident and you worked us into the tour!! The tour was incredible!! It's an amazing way to see the island!! Greg was so fun!! We would definitely do it again!!

Guy was our excellent tour guide who flew us over the entire island of Kauai and it was an amazing experience! 10/10 Would do it again but over the other islands!
