Fantastic experience seeing the sites of Hawaii. Your senses are all stimulated by the sites and music that is playing as you experience the flight. Great knowledgeable pilot, Wesley, shared information of the new lava flow and the area surrounding. Blue Hawaii runs a smooth operation. This is our second experience with this company and we would recommend them and do this again!

My wife and I took the Circle of Fire and Waterfall flight. It was our first helicopter ride and we both enjoyed it very much. There is a short safety briefing before the flight and they load the helicopters 1 person at a time to ensure safety. The rotors are spinning while you board, but are 9 feet above the ground, so no need to duck. The flight is guided by the pilot who explains what you are looking at and points out things for you. The ride was generally smooth with some vibrations. The noise is fine with the headphones. You are given a microphone that allows you to talk with the pilot and group. We flew in from Oahu and walked straight to our flight, only 5 minutes after landing, so you could totally do this as a day trip. Would suggest waiting until their is more volcanic activity so you can see lava. It was raining during parts of our flight, but didn't keep us from seeing everything easily. Expect to spend 2 hours with Pre-flight and flight. You can take pictures with the helicopter after your flight.

We have never been on a helicopter (fears about safety). We are now converts. Hugo was the most incredible pilot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so sweet. Due to weather we went to Molokai. We viewed beautiful coast lines and valleys with water falls. The company was extremely professional, concerned with safety. We would highly recommend this company and Hugo in particular!
