We loved it. The video they offer is multi camera & worth every penny. Amazing views. Modern birds with climate control. Some of the other tours birds don’t have this, some even fly with no doors.
Pricey, but worth it when you consider the cost of helicopters, fuel, insurance and highly qualified pilots. Well worth the expense for nearly 2 hours of island views from a unique vantage. Hovering and doing a slow rudder turn in a valley in front of a huge waterfall -- no other experience like it. Highly recommended.
Great Flight----saw the movie South Pacific----you would not like my singing.!
Brandon was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable. Wonderful experience.
Thank you, Beth, for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Great views and informative. Really enjoyed the experience.
My wife and I took this tour and it was the highlight of our visit to Maui! Blue Hawaiian Helicopter is the cream of the crop and worth every penny. Our pilot was informative, entertaining and very professional. We had rain at the landing site so had to bypass that aspect but spent more time int he air so didn't mind at all. Seeing mating pairs of Humpbacks from the air was priceless as were the many sights we experienced. The helicopter was first rate and being able to talk tot he pilot was a plus. Don't forget to buy the video of your flight. Your conversations with the pilot will be a part of it! Thanks Blue Hawaiian for a terrific experience. Worth every penny!
Kauai has so much to see and not a better way to do it than by helicopter. The trip lasts 45 minutes and within that time you get a fantastic review of the whole island including many waterfalls, rain forests, the Waimea canyon and the Na Pali coast.
The highlight of my time on Hawaii island. Did the 2hr spectacular and is was. Yes it costs but its worth every penny. The flight over the volcano's was amazing and then up to rain forest for the waterfalls. Breath taking. The polit was very informative. The highlight when he played Hawaii 5 '0' as we took off over the runway, gave me goosebumps. Playing Jurissac Park theme as we went to the waterfalls was a great touch. You WILL remember this for the rest of your lives. Just do it!!!!
Captain Jeremy was very informative and friendly pilot. Our first helicopter tour and was the best.
Thank you so much for an awesome experience. There was not a bad seat in the helicopter. Ron made sure everyone had a great view!
Breath taking views. Our guide Derek was very informative and enthusiastic! Our high point to our trip to Maui.
From the very beginning we loved the tour! Brian, our pilot was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful with everyone on the tour. He knew the history of the island as well as the terrain. We felt safe placing our lives in his hands as he flew adeptly over the ocean and land. He loves this island and it showed in his presentation. One of our favorite places was flying into the crater where the Hawaiian Islands were born. He did a full 180 turn so we could slowly witness this sacred and beautiful place. We also flew close to the Napali Cliffs and witness the majesty of their beauty and power. Brian shared personal experiences and stories that paralleled what we had also experienced on this beautiful island. We loved our experience and would not hesitate to go again sometime in the future.
Definitely enjoyed the eagle eye view of Maui with commentary from our pilot, Joshua. We even spotted sea turtles and whales in the ocean from above ???
Amazing!! Best helicopter tour place on the islands. Been on 3 tours and loved them all! Overall the people are nice, great and fun! They have great variety of options for tours on the islands for every type of person. My favorite so far is the Big Spectacular at the Big Island location. The best experience ever to see waterfalls you can't walk to and volcano areas you can't drive. Just amazing to experience the sites of the island from a birds eye view. I thought the tour was going to be too long but really it was just the right amount of time. This tour is a little spendy but worth it. The Oahu and Kaui tours are great as well. Oahu was my least favorite but still great to see the Pineapple fields and learn about the history of the island and how it was involved with the war.
