On Kaua'i, 30 yr USAF pilot, ride was smoother than my drive to work.  Beautiful way to see the island and gives a different view.  Pictures don't describe the experience.

From the moment we took off to the theme song of Hawaii 50 (one of my highlights), this ride was sensational. From the front row, we soared over volcano craters, lava flows, waterfalls and macadamia nut farms. To miss out on seeing Big Island from the air in a helicopter is to miss out big time. Save money in every way you can before your holiday to include this in your Hawaiian itinerary. Sara our pilot was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything we saw below us and very keen to answer all our questions. Although I wondered if the ride would be scary, it was not at all. We sat in comfortable chairs, safely buckled up, and soared through the sky as if on a magic carpet. This helicopter ride was one of the best activities I've ever done in my life and I will never forget it. Thank you to everyone who worked to make this a wonderful experience.

Josh was a fantastic pilot! As a first time flyer Josh made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Always letting us know when there may be turbulence etc. His play list is top notch and his folk lore story was an amazing touch to the overall flight! I would highly recommend Josh to anyone! Thank you for the flight of our lives!

I took the early morning (8:00) tour. We had great weather And the morning views were stunning...Nepali coast, Waimea Canyon, the crater, rainforest, and more. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Prior to departure you get an in-depth safety briefing and then get boarded and strapped in one-by-one. Our pilot, Beth, was quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you are unable or unwilling to do the boat tour of Nepali Coast. It was the highlight of my visit.

Flew Kauai January 2020. A fantastic experience! The staff and pilot Kris were very competent and polite. Very safety conscious. The views of the island were magnificent! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this experience. Our pilot was also a great tour guide. It really made me feel more connected to the island seeing what it is going trough, as well as the people of Hawaii. Would 10/10 go again.
