Fabulous! 14yo granddaughter & I took 1hr flight and never at ANY point was I scared! (Nothing scares her!) From gearing up to landing it was beautiful! It was kinda rainy/windy and Pilot Jim maneuvered the chopper smoothly and took us between mountains, along the shore and everywhere! He showed us a circle rainbow, pineapple fields, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor and explained every move he made. He was a joy and very informative. Thanks, Pilot Jim!!!

You won't get a better experience than this. This company knows how to do business - punctual, friendly, knowledgable and fun. 45 minutes of flying time and a narration so you know what you're looking at. Flying between mountains, over waterfalls and the view over Pearl Harbour was superb. Tip: go with the doors off but if you have long hair, tie it up.

What an experience! The pilot Jim was awesome. Saw so many sites. I recommend this tour for new people to Hawaii.

We were first time helicopter riders, excited but also nervous. We chose the "doors off" option because we wanted to take pictures without window glare. Our pilot Jim was super relaxed and funny, but even more important to us, he explained the safety features and why helicopters are so safe. His pilot to passenger commentary during the flight really made the experience for us, both humorous and interesting. This was a highlight of our week in Hawaii.

We loved Pilot Jim and his helicopter tour of Oahu. His personality, professionalism and enjoyment of his job shone through for all to see. Our family would do this again, and we highly recommend Pilot Jim.

This is my first trip to Oahu. The doors off ride was a perfect way to start off the vacation. Our pilot Nate was great. Made us feel safe and comfortable. Just like floating on a cloud above this island. A great up high view of all the things the island has to offer. Make sure you don't wear baggy clothes. My wife was a little chilly wearing shorts. I wouldn't try to take video on the doors off ride, but still photography worked great. This is a can't miss event and worth the money.

The helicopter tour is a blast. Pilot Jim is entertaining, safe, and very funny. He knows the route and its weather patterns. It is like he has esp. You will make great memories, and have a good time.

I did the 45 minute helicopter ride and it was definitely my favourite thing to do in Hawaii. You get to see amazing scenery including fantastic beaches and beautiful scenery. Pilot Jim was hysterical and also very knowledgeable, he really made the trip interesting and amusing. And we saw a circle rainbow! Google it, it's real! The staff were all incredibly helpful and answered all questions without hesitation. This company also has strict policies about employing experienced pilots so you know you're in safe hands. Yes, helicopter tours can be expensive, but it's definitely worth it. You absolutely won't regret doing this!

This was our first helicopter tour ans forst time to Hawaii. spectacular way to see the island. We took the Ali'i Sacred Falls Tour though it was a bit rainy to start with our guide made it fun! Flying over you can't help but imagine seas from jurassic park (90s edition ) and hear the theme song in your head. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out many landmarks and told us some history. I would recommend doing this at the beginning of your trip.

This is a must on a bucket list we went on a closed door with 4 other people on a breathtaking journey Margo was our Pilot and was very experienced telling us lots of information along the way we went into the valley over beautiful reef and to see Pearl Harbour from the air was great excellent safety tips before you get on so very keen to keep you at ease

We enjoyed the sites of Oahu by air. This was my bucket list birthday gift. We flew over the sacred falls that you can only see by helicopter and the pilot gave us an overview of the history and area. Later when we rented our car and drove around we had better idea of the island. We did doors off. It was cool. The area jurassic park was filmed is breathtaking. It looks unreal as you fly through. Felt like we were flying in the sky! Be sure to ask for your complimentary dvd if your package has it. They didn't offer us ours and we had to drive out of our way another day to go back and get it. I recommend this on your first day of your trip so you get your bearings and see it all from the sky!

MUST DO! Nothing like it ever. First time on a helicopter, but it was definitely nothing to be fearful of. To see the island from above like that, simply amazing.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Great souvenirs. Easy to get to if driving your own rental. Recommended!

What an amazing way to see Oahu. The doors off option is a real thrill. If you have the opportunity, dont think twice about getting in the Heli. Makani Kai are super effecient and provide a fantastic serive. From the pick up and drop off to your hotel, to the pilot commentary and compentency and control of these flying machines. Just awesome.
