The best nature I've experienced on the Big Island! I especially liked that the staff was friendly. I made a reservation through Honeymoon Resort and received a free video usb as a privilege, but I lost it as soon as I received it. But Juliana (staff) made it again. ㅠ Others are just that, but Juliana is so nice and kind, it warms my heart~ She is the best employee at Blue Hawaiian👍🏻
