Our pilot was knowledgeable and experienced. We felt safe and well informed. It would be great if somewhere in the lobby of the space we waited for the flight a sign with numbers for taxis is made available. The staff appeared very annoyed when we asked about it and they stated they could call but then did not. Guests would be empowered to contact a taxi without disturbing the flight staff. Otherwise flight was AWESOME!!

Wow! What an amazing flight and an incredible way to experience Maui! Would do it again and again. So beautiful. Flight was smooth and pilot was very informative.

Our experience with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters was excellent, beginning with very easy booking and friendly and knowledgeable check in staff. A very professional safety video was shown that covered everything we needed to know for our experience. Our pilot was awesome, he handled the helicopter with ease and took us up close and personal with canyons, cliffs and water falls. It was truly a trip of a lifetime! Thank you Blue Hawaiian!

The helicopters were very nice. They showed you a short video about the safety rules and helped you with the seatbelts and everything. The pilot was very nice and funny. The music was on point and the view was amazing. Would definitely do it again.

My partner and I did the waterfall helicopter ride and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and our pilot Shane shared very cool historical significance of everything we saw during our flight. Would highly recommend this company!

Service is good and friendly

This tour was amazing, Cameron, our pilot was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He pointed out all the spots on the Kona side of the island, and made sure everyone could see the different sites! Highly recommend!

Wow! Comfortable copter with spectacular views! Our pilot Cameron even gave us a heads up when the perfect views came up!

Fantastic and absolutely stunningly beautiful scenery! The pilot, Matt, was very friendly and informative who showed much patience for our questioning. Very nice guy as well as their whole staff from the main desk to the shop to the ground crew! Thanks for the wonderful, one of a kind experience! The valleys and waterfalls are second to none!
