If I could give greater than a 5 star review I would. Shane was an excellent pilot that made us feel comfortable the entire time. The north Kohala sea cliffs were an amazing sight to behold and the music choice for every phase of the flight created an ambiance of adventure. I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting big island.
We loved it! Excellent communications and logistics, clear expectations, a short boat ride, kind and knowledgeable staff, and we saw so many rays! I’d do this again in a heartbeat.
What an amazing experience! Definitely a must when visiting Hawaii. We got to see the beauty of the island that not many can see by car/foot. Our pilot, Marco, made us feel comfortable during our flight and was extremely knowledgeable. He was a great pilot, tour guide, and photographer (during our waterfall landing). Thank you, Blue Hawaiian and Marco, for giving us an extraordinary experience! :)

Pilot Tim was 5 stars. Calm, laid back, full of insights, 37yr experience. Great pilot. Ask for Tim! Unfortunately company "forces" an extra 1/2 seat charge for folks over a specific weight. Making assumptions, without face to face, that person needs 2 seats. Very unfair. You're not going to tell your kids no for the ride so you pay the fee. Really petty, weight really has nothing to do with it. Body dimensions is key. Other sold out companies did not have this fee. So, ride was good, people really friendly, experience was great. Just petty fees by the company keeps it from 5 stars.
