This was a fantastic experience, our pilot Derrick was so knowledgeable about the island. It was such an enjoyable family experience that we will never forget.

Check-in was efficient and welcoming, with staff who anticipated every question before I asked. The pre-flight safety briefing was both reassuring and concise, setting the tone for an operation that clearly prizes excellence. Once airborne, the island unfolded like a living postcard. Our pilot, Captain Marcel, combined deft technical skill with the narrative flair of a seasoned naturalist, pointing out hidden valleys, waterfalls threading through emerald cliffs, and geologic features I’d only ever seen in coffee-table books. His ability to balance informative commentary with quiet moments allowed the scenery to speak for itself. What impressed me most was the orchestration of small details: the impeccable maintenance of the aircraft, the unobtrusive audio system, and the thoughtful pacing of the route to catch the best light on the Na Pali Coast. These touches elevated the flight from “tour” to something closer to art. For travelers who value not just sights but a sense of place, this is an essential Kauai experience—worth every moment and every mile. Five stars!! 10 out of 10.

This was a memorable event I will always remember. The diversity of the Kauai landscape and weather patterns is ineffable. Steve, pilot and narrator, was absolutely brilliant in his narration and piloting skills. The staff is very accommodating and cordial. There are not enough stars to give for this business.

The staff made the check-in process smooth and ensured everyone felt comfortable and safe before boarding. Once we were in the air, the views were absolutely breathtaking—the Nā Pali Coast, Waimea Canyon, waterfalls, and hidden valleys all looked even more stunning from above. Our pilot was fantastic, not only very skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the history and stories of the island throughout the flight. The ride was smooth, and I always felt safe. This tour gave me a perspective of Kauai that you simply can’t get any other way. It was truly the highlight of my trip, and I would highly recommend Blue Hawaiian to anyone visiting the island.

Excellent service. Bad weather postponed our trip but they managed to make another day work. We were lucky enough to fly over the volcano as it was getting ready to erupt and circled several times getting clear views to activity. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and made it a fun trip. Not scary in the least, it was like riding in the car at 5,000 feet. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Amazing helicopter experience, was great with our little one (11 months), will be back next year for a different route. Highly recommend! Great facilities, nice comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms (and diaper changing tables, thank you!). Appreciated the clean communication before, during and after our flight. Our baby was cool as a Cucumber, your staff made all 3 of us feel so welcomed.

We did the waterfalls tour and it was spectacular! A huge shoutout to Sarah’s playlist, what a stunner. Each track was carefully thought out and added so much to the experience! At times I felt I’m in a Spielberg movie! However I would have to say Sebastian was the better pilot, we had so much fun the whole flight. Thank you for the wonderful experience, it left a lasting impression on us 🙏

Our pilot, Marcus, was outstanding—he made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. His professionalism, calm presence, and knowledge of the area really elevated the tour. The views were absolutely breathtaking, but what really stood out was how Marcus made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. If you’re considering a helicopter tour in Hawaii, I highly recommend Blue Hawaiian—and if you’re lucky enough to get Marcus as your pilot, you’re in for an amazing ride!
