I'm scared of heights but was able to manage this okay. The pilot was great and checked on us as well as letting us know when we were about to bank right or left. If you're a science nerd like me, this is absolutely worth it. Incredible views, knowledgeable pilot, even better than a classroom. I could've done this all day, it truly was an uplifting experience (all puns intended). Ground crew was thoughtful, attentive, clear in their guidance. I look forward to rewatching the recording!

Well that was awesome! Totally worth the time and money! Professional and friendly pilot, the Helicopter was relatively smooth, comfy and quiet. Flight was very smooth, not a thrill ride at all, pilot took care to avoid any sudden drops, I've had rougher car trips. Views were spectacular! We did the Kilawea tour, and flew over the main two calderas and recent lava flows. Weather and traffic were nice, so we ended with a flight over the 1984 Mona Loa flow, a couple of waterfalls, and circled around Hilo city and the bay before a smooth landing. we prepaid for our in-flight video, which was ready for pickup in a couple of minutes. Ground crew were fantastic as well. Instructions to tourists were clear and safety was taken seriously by everyone.

Fantastic tour, a great way way to start our visit of Oahu. Our pilot, Benjamin Loggins, gave a pleasantly informative tour with a sprinkling of humor. The weather was perfect!

Took the tour to Hana and flew back in the helicopter. Amazing views!! Our pilot Chris Powell made me feel comfortable as it was my first helicopter experience. Everyone with the tour company was kind, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend! Best way to see the island!!
