We did the Circle of Fire tour from Hilo and Wesley was our pilot. It was a great experience. I'm so glad we booked this. We saw a few waterfalls on our way to the craters and saw some old lava flow, which was really cool. Seeing the craters from the air was so interesting and some of them are inaccessible by car. I can't even imagine what it would be like during an active eruption. Anyway, a helicopter tour gives you a totally different viewpoint and I would highly recommend.
