Excellent excursion - truly amazing. It starts with the Princeville, Kauai Airport Blue Hawaiian staff that checked us in, gave us a safety orientation, and safely got us loaded into a six passenger helicopter. The staff communication to the "guests" was 10 star. There was a snafu where another couple was late and therefore the staff had to juggle whom got on what helicopter. We got bumped to the next helicopter which ended up being only an additional 10 minute wait (we are on vacation, no problem). You could tell the staff was frustrated with the late couple - however their professionalism shone through. Of course the helicopter tour was amazing - lots of information out there about what you will see - believe me when I say this excursion has a very high "this is so cool" factor. We paid for the video of our flight ($75) - a bargain for such cool memories. After we left we visited a nearby beach and I lost the thumb drive they provided with the videos. We went back the same day, just before they closed, and they provided us with a 2nd thumb drive at no cost. Blue Hawaiian has excellent staff - we had the best tour of Kauai.
Highly recommend, we did this tour last year and returning this year to take our daughter and grandson. Our pilot was excellent and explained the history of the Island.

Two helicopter tours in Hawaii, this tour and in Kauai..have used this company in both places and an easy experience to reserve and fly..volcano not erupting now so a bummer for the experience of flying over magma…but no control,mother nature..pilot excellent pointing out past eruption flows. and inland to see several waterfalls and over the ocean to see some whales..what more could you ask for
Beautiful flight, we saw all the sights we had hoped to see. The aircraft was comfortable and cool, and the pilot knowledgeable and professional.
