Great fun and worth the money. Our Pilot Toshi did very well with the overly talkative kid in the front seat

Pam - Pilot was friendly, competent pilot, and informative when we asked questions. Thought we would get down lower to the falls...big disappointment in that espcially when we saw other tours down lower. never saw where the lava cliffs are.

Staff all very courteos. Nice safety brief. Emery, our pilot, was very soothing, making us feel safe, and enhancing our experience. He engaged my 7 year old son, making it a more memorable experience for him too. A resounding double thumbs up.
