Great experience. We have been to the big island 10 years and this was our first time going on a flight. Amazing worth every penny. Great staff, and great pilot. A must do adventure.
Took a tour around the Big Island on Tuesday, February 13, 2023. Greg Fredericks was our Pilot and tour guide. He was so friendly, knowledgable about Hawaii and it's beautiful landscapes/animals. He was fun to engage conversation and he knew how to keep our attentions with good subjects about the Big Island. I have taken many tours with Blue Hawaiian Helicopter and I will continue to support this business as they are the best. If you want to see Hawaii from above, don't miss out on this excursion. Also, don't make this event on your last day of vacation. Make the reservation at the beginning of your vacation because if the weather is not good, you can more likely reschedule for a later date. Got to fly with Shane this morning… WOW!!! I don’t know how you could possibly experience the Big Island any better. Knowledgeable and fun with once in a lifetime views. Highly recommended. Wish I could give 10 stars.
Wonderful, once in a lifetime trip. Did the extended flight with landing. No better way to see the island. Even got to see a few whales! Great pilot, Shane!

Tim took us up to check out Hana and Haleakala and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and very funny and made our trip incredible. The whole staff from beginning to end was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this group to anyone visiting the island and looking for some high flying fun!!
