Amazing scenery! By far the coolest thing we have done this year! Extremely happy we chose to do the Island spectacular. Flying through the valley was phenomenal.
We waited for a decent weather window and got really fortunate with both the weather and our pilot, Jason. We loved the way the weather and the terrain change every few miles, and the volcanic zone on the southeast coast was spectacular. I'm a pilot and enjoyed Jason's flying, too: some nice routes and well-executed zoom climbs around the Kohala valleys. We'll be back!
