The staff and ground crew were very friendly and most helpful and informtive. Our pilot Jeremy was great and we loved the flight, the helicopter was comfortable and viewing unobstructed. We flew with Zack as our guide out of Hilo on the volcano tour. The trip was awesome. My wife enjoyed the adventure of flying over the beautiful scenery and near the smoking vents. One of the best adventures of our trip.
