James our pilot was great. He knew a lot about the agricultural, tourist and eco-aspects (volcano, lava flows and waterfalls)about the island. When at the volcano he gave us great views of the volcano along with some pretty cool maneuvers. We were here on the Oct. 2011. A great experience and excellent operation. Saw things we wouldn't have any other way. Rodger was great and well worth the money. Air con was a bit too warm and made it uncomfortable. Audio (music) could be a bit softer.
