It was sensitive, thoughtful, our pilot, Vincent, was well informed. No canned speeches! Musical accompaniment was sublime. We'd do it again in a heartbeat -- and will! We'll remember it forever.

What an amazing experience! We have driven to Hana three times. We have experienced the beautiful Haleakala sunrise (freezing of course). The helicopter tour of Haleakala and Hana were breathtaking and totally unique from our land experiences. Our pilot was knowledgeable, personal, and quite entertaining. We will certainly be back!
Vincent was a very knowledgeable and professional pilot with a touch of humor. The music was not a distraction but rather enhanced the natural beauty all around us. This helicopter ride was worth every dollar!

Vince was great, good commentary. Very comfortable ride and a smooth check-in process. My friend couldn't get a photo without glare from shirt of person in front seat (he didn't wear a dark shirt) I realize that time is precious but maybe if someone shows up in a light shirt you hand them a dark one to put over...?
