Pilot and sights were fantastic. Quick suggestion if possible: Cushion wraps for the top of the seat belts that keep the belt from cutting in to your neck. Mahalo!

Our tour included the circle of fire and waterfalls. We had a great experience with Blue Hawaiian. Our great experience began with being greeted at the check in desk, with a very kind representative. We were then greeted by Dorian, who provided us with the safety information and provided very good instructions. Lastly, we had an AWESOME tour by our pilot Tim. He provided a smooth ride and provided a great tour. Thanks Blue Hawaiian. You all made our very first helicopter trip a GREAT experience!!!

I liked very much how Roger (our pilot) gave us the tour, he is very nice and attentive. However, I was expecting much more about this tour. First, I was hoping to be up there 50 minutes (I don't think it was that time since we were at the Lodge precisely at 10:50am), I was hoping to be in front of the waterfalls and it didn't happen, also... I was hoping that someone in the morning went to the volcano for searching any flow, and I don't think that happens at all, since we just went a little bit blind and Roger tried to find some flows, but we didn't see any one at all. I think that, maybe, there was some flows on other side of the volcano. Thanks for your tour, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it with our friends. Marcela.

Wow!! Just spectacular! I would love to take another tour. Vince was an amazing pilot. Full of information. With his experience, we felt safe...plus he let us know when the ride would get turbulent. Please have your pilots give more of the history/background of the island during the tour. It gives us some perspective. In addition, a map to show where were at helps, if we wish and/or able to visit. Thanks again, for the wonderful time. My daughters kids were impressed!
This was amazing!!!! Great coverage and the narration was wonderful!! I took my mom and my daughter who is 9yrs and they had a blast!! Very well worth the time and money. Aloha!
