Yup! It was great, and a super adventure. Everyone truly enjoyed our ride - and for all different reasons. It turned out to be a perfect day for seeing everything. We saw lots of examples of red hot lava flowing. Our pilot made sure to make several passes so everyone got to see. Pilot, Ethan, gave a great history lesson as we passed over the changing Hawaian topography. A very memorable excursion. Thanks everyone!
Perfect amount of time in the air. Plenty of time to see the lava from all sides. Enjoyed the pilot's commentary...just the right amount of information. Great trip.

Flight was great! Our pilot Jeremy is a great guide and pilot. This was an amazing experience that give you a very different perspective of the island and the volcanos. Totally worth it.

The entire experience was fantastic! The pilot, Andy gave an excellent narration throughout the trip. We expected more updrafts when coming over the ridge line, but it was totally smooth. Thanks Andy and the entire Blue Hawaiian staff. One tip: PLEASE follow the advice given before you take the trip and wear dark clothing. Some passengers did not follow this advice and as a result, the glare from their light clothing reflected in the windows and the pictures we took.

Piolet Ethan was friendly and made sure we had the best views of the volcano and any recent activity. It was our first helicopter ride and he made it very enjoyable. The views of the volcano were spectacular! The music selection was perfect and it was fun to be able to talk to each other.
