Branon did a fantastic job of giving us the tour today. I would highly recommend him as a tourguide to anyone planning on flying with Blue.

Roger was our pilot today, and was extremely attentive and informative, and took us on a fantastic tour through Hilo to see the volcano. We enjoyed every minute of it and will be recommending the tour to others. Thanks. Roger, Thanks for an excellent narrative for the entire tour. You gave us many interesting facts about the big island volcnoes and their geology and history. You have an interesting job and hope you continue to do this for others.

We had so much fun today riding with Jonathan. It was very smooth and very sunny out there. My son enjoyed it but my daughter ended up falling asleep and was very quiet. I would definately do it again

It was amazing and the view of the Pu u Oo Volcano was spectacular. I wasn't expecting to see real molten lava but we did, and coming from Colorado that's not something we see everyday. I would highly recommend this tour to other travellers. Thanks Roger! Lily and family
Have gone on several tours with Blue Hawaiian in the Islands. We have always enjoyed the experience, but this one was the best! Anna did a wornderful job on our Maui tour. We all had a great time! We will definately request Anna for out next trip!

The tour itself was amazing! However, in regards to customer service - in the van on the way to the airport, I was sitting in the back row of seats, and it was hard to hear the driver giving us instructions - perhaps add a microphone to the van, if these are important instructions everyone should hear. I also felt slightly nauseous during the trip - maybe give more instruction on what to do if you feel sick. I was also trying to adjust the A/C, but it didn't seem to be flowing directly to me - maybe I should have asked the pilot about that. The pilot was great - very calm, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
We had an amazing time on our helicopter tour with Geoff. Seeing the island from the air was absolutely beautiful! Mahalo from Chicago, this was perfect to end our honeymoon! -Brett + Christine
Nothing bad to say. All good. On the DVD side, I was thinking that would would be easy enough to make a multi-angle DVD with the raw video from ALL the cameras so that the customer would be able to switch on the fly. All DVD/Blu players support the multi-angle function. It looked like it was edited into one main feed, if this is not the case please disrgard this.
The helicopter ride was spectacular! The crew, pilot and staff were extremely friendly and made it a great experience. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Thank you!
