The helicopter ride is very good. The pilot Tim is friendly and gives us a lot of introduction and information along the flight. Flight is steady as well. We gotta see the amazing lava, which is the original reason we came here to Big Island. We will definitely refer Blue Hawaiian Helicopter to others.
Our captain Dale Allen was great and we really enjoyed the flight! - Tais Loye (age 9) Captain Dale was awesome, and was lots of fun! Our flight was amazing and we hope to come again soon! ~Brooke Loye (age 13) Ibia and I had a great time. We have flown on several helicopter tours and have never had a better time. tim was great, good info, obliging, real smooth, got some great shots. went so quick. next time we will do the maui one.
sea and volcano were fabulous. Did not think waterfalls were worth the trip
It was an amazing experience. it was very fun and intresting. The volcano and waterfalls where spectacular and breath taking. We will remember the amazing excperience for years to come.

Friday, 10am, August 3rd, 2012 Hawaiian Helicopter Tours Family: Angelica, Dean (14 yr), Kiana (13 yr) and Kelsey (11 yr) This is our first trip to Hawaii and the island of Maui. We were looking forward to our Helicopter Tour and with good reason because the Tour Group was professional and friendly. It was a wonderful experience, especially the information provided by Tim Perry, pilot. His knowledge of Hawaiian history and argiculture was to our benefit.
