The air tour was fantastic!! Our pilot, Tim, was exceptional -- very knowledgable and great about pointing out all the sights. A truly memorable experience!

It was very interesting seeing all the islands and learning about the diffrent things such as where the hammerhead sharks live and where they stay when they're young. The waterfalls were amazing!

This was an expierence of a lifetime. Nate did a nice job of not only being a guide but being a good commander of the helicoptor. His precaution of landing quickly after a bird strike was the sign of a professionalism. He explained the situation and all passengers appreciated his decision. Your processing of passengers is well done. However, your crew did fail to ensure all of our passengers got the presafety brief at the processing center. Nate, once again covered this area well before we took off. Give Nate a raise and continue to provide this safe flying expierence to others. Mahalo and God bless you all. (four stars based on the failure to perform the preflight safety brief, otherwise outstanding)
Excellent, breathtaking. Geoff was wonderful and very informative.
We would have liked to have seen more canyons and more lava. The pilot and the rest of the staff were fantastic and gave very specific directions.
